There is no legal obligation to provide your information to the Company (though some Services may be unavailable without it). Please note that using the system and the application involves continuous monitoring of the system’s operating environment and collecting information about the movement of people within it, actions taking place, recording of such actions, sending alerts to third parties associated with the Services (e.g., caregivers or family members), and transferring information to third parties upon the User’s request (e.g., third-party call centers). By using the Services, you declare and undertake that sharing this information is lawful, done with all required consents, and the Company will not bear responsibility for any such actions, which shall remain solely and exclusively yours.

Types of Information Collected and How It Is Used

When using the Services, the Company may collect the following information from Users:

8. Precise Location Data (GPS):
The application collects precise location data via the User’s device GPS and system sensors, solely for monitoring safety. Access is requested explicitly during registration and stored securely.

9. Movement Data:
Movement sensors are used to detect falls and other incidents, with data limited to monitoring safety and securely stored.

10. Third-Party Information:
The system may collect information regarding caregivers, family members, and authorized users. Users are responsible for ensuring that such third-party data is shared lawfully.

11. Online Identifiers:
The Company may collect IP addresses, cookies, pixels, and SDK data for operating, securing, and analyzing Services, improving them, and providing personalized content and advertising.

Users confirm that all provided information is accurate, complete, and that third-party data is shared with authorization. Providing false information may constitute a criminal offense.


Use of Information
