• Users of the Company’s application who use the app to operate a home monitoring and alert system related to the safety of the user and the individuals under their care.

Visitors and application users are collectively referred to herein as "User," "you," or "your." The website, the application, and the system, together with all related Company services, are collectively referred to herein as "Services."

This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand what information we collect about you, why we collect it, how we share it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your personal data. We therefore recommend reading this Privacy Policy carefully before browsing the Site, using the application and services, or submitting any information to the Company as part of the Services. This Privacy Policy is written in masculine form for convenience only and applies equally to all genders.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the website Terms of Use and the application User License (together referred to as "Terms"), and any term used herein but not defined shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Terms. The Terms, including all details of this Privacy Policy, apply to all use of the Services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree to all or part of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.

By visiting the Site, contacting the Company, downloading and registering in the application, or otherwise using the Services, you declare that any information you provide is voluntary and with your consent. There is no legal obligation to provide your information to the Company (though some Services may be unavailable without it). The Company may, but is not obligated to, store such information and other data accumulated about the User in its databases, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Please note that using the system and the application involves continuous monitoring of the system’s operating environment and collecting information about the movement of people within it, actions taking place, recording of such actions, sending alerts to third parties associated with the Services (e.g., caregivers or family members), and transferring information to third parties upon the User’s request (e.g., third-party call centers). By using the Services, you declare and undertake that sharing this information is lawful, done with all required consents, and the Company will not bear responsibility for any such actions, which shall remain solely and exclusively yours.

Types of Information Collected and How It Is Used

When using the Services, the Company may collect the following information from Users:

1. Website Usage Data:
The Company may collect technical and/or anonymous data while using the Site, including cumulative usage details and technical device information such as device type, language settings, date and time of use, duration of use, and pages viewed (including referrer pages). This data is used to operate and secure the Site, analyze trends and usage patterns, segment and improve the Site, user experience, and offered content.

2. Information Provided When Contacting the Company:
If the User chooses to contact the Company, they may provide contact details, including name, phone number, email, etc. This information is used solely to respond to the User’s inquiry. The Company may retain correspondence history for legal purposes and to improve the Site and content.

The system and application monitor activity in monitored areas, including detecting and analyzing movement, anomalies, presence in spaces, and entry/exit from rooms. Users consent to such data collection as integral to the Services.

8. Precise Location Data (GPS):
The application collects precise location data via the User’s device GPS and system sensors, solely for monitoring safety. Access is requested explicitly during registration and stored securely.

9. Movement Data:
Movement sensors are used to detect falls and other incidents, with data limited to monitoring safety and securely stored.

10. Third-Party Information:
The system may collect information regarding caregivers, family members, and authorized users. Users are responsible for ensuring that such third-party data is shared lawfully.

11. Online Identifiers:
The Company may collect IP addresses, cookies, pixels, and SDK data for operating, securing, and analyzing Services, improving them, and providing personalized content and advertising.

Users confirm that all provided information is accurate, complete, and that third-party data is shared with authorization. Providing false information may constitute a criminal offense.

Use of Information

Service Maintenance and Development:
The Company may use information for monitoring, securing, maintaining, and developing Services, including anonymized or aggregated data, in accordance with applicable law. Users waive claims to ownership of anonymized, aggregated, or statistical data.

Tools may collect personal data such as IP, visit duration, OS version, and browser type. GPS and movement data are not used for marketing.

The Company does not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If such data is discovered, the Company will attempt to delete it promptly. Users are responsible for ensuring lawful submission of information for minors in monitored areas.
